Thanks for the post. Very interesting story. I am glad to hear that the bear survived. Unfortunate, I dont know where you can get a tire patched in West LA/Santa Monica. I have been living here for some time, but I still have no car (smile)

I got it at Carvel on Santa Monica Blvd, just east of the 405. I ordered online, then called to confirm, and they had no idea what i was talking about. Then I went in and they're like "I don't see a cake..." Eventually they found it but you need to check up on them.

where did you get the cake?? I had a terrifying experience at the Baskin Robbins on Venice and Sepulveda a week ago... and by terrifying, I mean not really terrifying at all but I did learn that "Daiquiri Ice" has been a flavor for like 100 years and you can't get a receipt if you pay in cash. AND that no one gets chocolate, because their chocolate was NASTEE and freezer burned.
