Oh the good ol' juvenile years. I didn't get into too much mischief as a kid but then again there was this one time....

I thought it would be funny to steal signs and cones from construction sites in the wealthier area of my neighborhood. My friends and I got a hell of a lot of goods and then decided to use them to block off an intersection in that same area. It was night and we were discrete about it so it was a pretty legit vandalism job. By the time all was complete not a single car could pass through due to the clutter, we had definitely proved we had NO FEAR...until the cops came. They could see us hauling the items out into the middle of the street from blocks away. So what did we do when they showed up? Bailed. I could hear NWA's anthems chiming in my head as I darted - straight up balls out. The police quickly followed on our tails, but we definitely had the advantage considering that we had blocked off the roads. They still persisted, however, but our stealthy nightcrawler antics definitely proved successful. We lost the fuzz and hid out in my bedroom for the rest of the night. Although I will never run from the cops again, I at least know that in that one daring instance of my ignorant youth, I was fearless. Talk about NO FEAR!

I was playing with my friend's boomerang in my backyard and accidentally pulled it to hard and shot a rock through my neighbor's newly constructed house. Suddenly a man ran out of the house and started screaming. He came up to the fence and started screaming. He ran around to the front of my house and started screaming. He broke through my back gate and started screaming. He got in my face and started screaming.

I couldn't go to long island with my folks that summer.

    burn...

I stood up to my school bully in middle school. He wouldn't stop picking on me and calling me names because I was shorter than most kids. I got in his face one day afterschool thinking he would back down but that made things worse. He punched me in the face and told me that my life would be a living hell from then on...

He got expelled from school the following week for picking on another kid.

I actually saw Lamb of God a couple years back with my cousins on the East Coast. Let me tell you beforehand, I'm not the toughest guy. I'm often described as "that skinny white boy." I became aware of my concert physical capabilities when attending the lamb of god show. The mosh pit there was HUGE and for some reason, I thought I could take it. How hard can it be? It was nearing the end of the show and I was starting to get more and more pumped to show my stuff. Suddenly, I dashed into the pit, fits clenched in the air. I don't really remember the exact events that followed - I just remember getting pulled up from the ground after taking a nasty fall. I still had it in me and decided to give the pit another chance. I jumped in again, pushing one guy and then another. I beat my own personal record as I brought the mosh. I felt pretty good, especially since lamb of god was so sick live! I still can't believe I made it in that pit that night...I saw Children of Bodom not too long afterward and got some nasty bruises, including a couple blows to the face and chest.

    No Fear!

I was mountain biking last year with a couple of buddies. There was this gnarly ass hill with a jump at the end of it. No one wanted to attempt the jump but something inside me felt fearless. I road down that hill and off the crazy jump. I practically soared through the air! And then I beefed it hardcore when I hit land. I feel off my bike and ate a shitload of dirt. My body got pretty bashed up too. Worst part, I fractured my wrist which was mad brutal. I'm never getting on a mountain bike again!

Unfortunately, I don't have any stories about my courage regarding incidents that may inflict pain upon myself. My daring feats revolve around my courage to be embarrassed. I often attempt many stunts without any fear of what people may think of me. It's a different kind of NO FEAR...I'd say.

Last weekend I skated through my local town in a gigantic clown costume. People definitely stared and I reacted to the awkward feedback with waves and, sometimes, hugs. I told everyone that it was "clown day."

Last month, I marched around my same town with a new costume. This time it was wearing tiny short shirts and a tight t-shirt. It was definitely awkward but the responses were definitely worth it.

I love making people feel uncomfortable...please pick me! :)

    Whoops, I forgot to enter.

So in college, I thought it would be a funny idea to go streaking during parents night. All the parents visiting their kids would have a REAL taste of what college was like...and it would freak the shit out of them. A couple of buddies streaked through the main quad wearing animal masks. I was super nervous especially if a professor or worse saw me. I had some mad balls that night (no pun intended!). We all got away clean and it was definitely a record breaker for my college mischief.

    fun times...

It was a tough choice, but with some friends from LA Snark's Twitter network, we're going with Brendan. Congrats!
