The employees that helped me went above any minimum wage, retail service job assistance (assuming it's minimum wage). They seemed happy to help me and get me what I wanted/needed (even when it wasn't in their store! They shipped it to me for free)! I'm usually a bargain shopper that'll always find what I need for the cheapest (esp. with the internet these days!), but they make me feel justified for paying the overhead for their ideal customer service (and eye candy, ha ha ha)! I highly recommend the West LA Sport Chalet for any active person, moderately active - highly active.
