I mean, I know it was 2001, but 911 still looms in the back of all our minds. I don't need to see a plane flying that low.

This is just what America needs in these trying times is to remind the American people of our military might.

The least they could do is hire the blue angels to do some flips or whatever, rather than just freaking us out. Remember the Van Halen dreams video?

Why are they doing that here? Isn't that what Puerto Rico is for?

I am an Iraq war vet and think this is a great way to remind the citizens of our great country that there is still a war going on and that our fellow soldiers are still in harms way.

LOL Dan, totally!!! I bet this is a plow to boost support for the military and get some new recruits...with all the bad press as of late they need a PR boost and this is a great way to do it.

Air Force week..where the Fuck is ARMY week. Those fairies don't deserve a whole week! I spent 4 years in the Army and they can't give me a week of my own. Damn!

Shouldn't these planes be over Iraq bombing the shit out of them instead of wasting tax payers dollars showing off in the American sky's.

I love to see all the comments here, thanks Snark community. As a post script, it is now 11:15 and 1/2 the workers on my floor are outside trying to see the planes. i think my HR departments email backfired. HA HA!

Is it a PR stunt or are they really testing planes? Because yeah, there are far better places to test planes than over a major city.

That's a good one - "These aircraft are loud...". I haven't yet met a low flying Airforce plane which wasn't loud. Do they have anything like that?
